What do you get at SK Tekenwerk?
At SK Tekenwerk you get a complete package that can be submitted to the Omgevingsloket without supplements. The delivery includes:
- Floor plans of the existing and new situation, at a scale of 1:100.
- Elevation views with window frame layout, materials and colour scheme, in line with aesthetics requirements.
- Sections with storey heights, floor and roof build-up and datum levels.
- Detail drawings at a scale of 1:10 or 1:20 for critical connections.
- Site plan on a cadastral base with a north arrow and plot boundaries.
- One correction round and a permit-ready PDF package for the Omgevingsloket.
Optionally, a structural calculation or 3D visualisation connects seamlessly to the same file, so all documents are aligned.
How fast and what does it cost?
Having a construction drawing made at SK Tekenwerk starts from €749 including VAT. The final price depends on the size of the project: a simple extension or dormer falls at the lower end of the scale, a roof structure or complete renovation higher. The quote is fixed and transparent, with no surprises afterwards.
Standard lead time is two to three weeks from approval of the quote to delivery of a permit-ready set. In case of urgency, faster delivery is possible, by arrangement. The intake takes place by phone or online; for surveys of complex existing buildings, a surveyor comes on site. From that moment the pace is in our hands and we keep you informed of every milestone.
Ready for your permit application
Every drawing that SK Tekenwerk delivers meets the requirements of the Omgevingsloket, the aesthetics (welstand) committee and the Buildings (Living Environment) Decree, so your file is ready to submit. The assessment of the application remains with the municipality, so we cannot offer an acceptance guarantee. If there is a formal error in our drawing, we correct it free of charge.
