SK Tekenwerk processes personal data solely to deliver our services and to comply with legal obligations. We work with a minimal set of data and share nothing with third parties other than the sub-processors listed below.

1. Who we are

SK Tekenwerk is based in the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 99086379, VAT NL868788594B01. Contact: verkoop@sktekenwerk.nl.

2. Which data we process

  • Contact form & quote request: name, email address, phone, message, optional files (PDF/JPG/PNG/DWG). Legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual phase. Retention period: 7 years (fiscal) after the project, 2 years for requests that did not proceed.
  • Postcode + project type: raw location input for quote determination. Not enriched with PII tracking. Retention period: same as above.
  • Cookies + analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Consent Mode v2), only after explicit consent. Pseudonymous `client_id`, no IP retention (anonymized).
  • Server-side error tracking: Sentry, no user content, only technical stack traces.
  • Reviews cache: we cache your public Google Review (author name + text + stars) in our CMS. Removal on request within 14 days.

3. Sub-processors

  • Sanity (Ireland, EU): content management for the website.
  • Vercel (US/EEA): hosting and CDN; data residency in the EU region where possible.
  • Google Places API (US): read-only requests for reviews data.
  • Sentry (US): error tracking, no customer content.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (US): bot protection on forms (anti-spam).
  • (Future) Resend (US): transactional email.
  • (Future) Airtable (US): internal customer administration.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Requests: send an email to verkoop@sktekenwerk.nl. We respond within 4 weeks (statutory term).

Complaints? Please contact us first. If you feel we are not responding adequately, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

5. Retention periods

Customer data (contracts, invoices): 7-year fiscal retention obligation. Quote requests that did not proceed: 2 years. Reviews cache: as long as the review lives on Google + 14 days grace after removal. Server logs: 30 days.
