2. Formation of the agreement
An agreement is formed as soon as the client accepts our written quote (by email or via the quote form on this website).
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.
- Fixed price agreed in advance, no additional work without written consent.
- Payment: 50% at the start, 50% on delivery. Term: 14 days after the invoice date.
- In case of late payment: statutory interest + collection costs.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery times are 5 to 7 working days for construction drafting and 3 to 5 working days for a structural calculation, from complete input being supplied. Delays caused by third parties (municipality, supplier) do not count towards our delivery time.
5. Lowest price guarantee
Found a lower quote for the same construction drafting? Send it to us and we match the price.
Conditions: the competing quote must be a written, dated quote from a Dutch drafting firm, for demonstrably the same scope (same drawings, same level of detail, permit-ready) and still valid. Submit it before you approve our quote.
The guarantee covers construction drafting only. It does not apply to structural calculations, permit applications, or projects involving listed buildings (monumenten) or a protected townscape (beschermd stadsgezicht).
6. Warranty on structural drawings
For construction drawing work the following applies: if a formal revision round is needed on our drawing work, we carry it out free of charge. SK Tekenwerk does not guarantee that the municipality will accept the application. The warranty does not apply to incorrect situational data provided by the client, and does not apply to structural calculations or permit applications.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the assignment sum, with a maximum of €10,000. Indirect damages are excluded.
8. Right of withdrawal (B2C)
Private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal after the agreement, unless we have explicitly started the work at the customer's request. In that case the right of withdrawal lapses.
9. Disputes
Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of SK Tekenwerk.
